SeaQuest DSV

SeaQuest is undergoing Final Outfitting of systems  and will be launched  November 01st  2013 and  Scheduled clomplete sea trials  on  February 16th 2014 with offical commisoning  by The UEO admiral   of the UEO Navy Admiral David Legimyer  and the designation from DSX-4600 to  DSV-4600 and the first orders will be given to the crew and commanding officer at that time its home base will be the undersea colony of Oceana  of the virginia coast Run by NASA's Langly Research center Nasa is a partner in the  United Earth Oceans Orginzation  or UEO that the United Nations established all Space agencies and governments that want to par take in membership of the UEO have been officaly admitted to the New UEO  the mission of the UEO is to protect and defend and prosicute the laws of the Sea  the UEO has a court in the Hague  and  has its HeadQuarters in 2 places in New York and In Washington DC USA.

SeaQuest will be a multi national Ship of the Sea and meritime enforcement and guardian of the sea as well   there will be a resentative of the Mer People on board as well as some Mer People  Sea Quest is the guardian of the Sea's  she is built by the MerPeople in  Cooperation with flegling United Earth Oceans.  she works out well there will be other SeaQuest Class subs built by the MerPeople for the UEO the SeaQuest is designed to spend her whole life under water and only surface every once in a while. She gets all she needs from the Sea Water that is thanks to the  MerPeople and some of our Experimental Technologies that are beeing developed for space travel.

 The UEO is putting togeather a navy as well to be the surface and maritime law enforcers  like SeaQuest the SeaQuest is the first of the UEO Navy to be built Navy ships are beeing built at US Navy Ship Yards and should have the  fist 50 ships  in service by 2017

SeaQuest is a ship of Science but can be a ship of war as well Speifications will be posted here if you are intersted she's  the state of the art and most advanced submersible ship of the world ever constructed..
SeaQuest is beeing outfitted With  her systems at the colony just off the Maryland/Delaware coast the  Nasa Langly/Goddard colony  Estimated time of completeion is 12:00 Midninght November 1st 2013  when october changes to November with a cristening on November 19th  2013   and a comissioning on February 16th 2014 with first orders at that time  and she will be listed in the UEO registry as officaly DSV-4600 not DSX-4600.
