Crisis in the Ukraine

 The Admiral of the UEO Navy has informed me  that  the CinC of the Ukrinian Navy has Requested SeaQuest's pressence in The black Sea  the USA is sending a guided missle distroyer for Joint Exercises  with  Bulgaria and Romania  the Sea Quest is headed to Ukraine  as a show of force  the United Earth Government has Condemed The invasion of the Penisula of Crimea and has asked that the russians Withdraw  from the peninsula At once. The Bosperous strait is narrow and somewhat shallow we will be Riding on the surface an vonerable to air attack if that happens once in the black sea we will submerge and stay submerged and if i have to go to meetings i will take a Launch to  shore  If Sea Quest is attacked  i have been autherized by the president of the UEG and Secitary general of the UEO to  use what ever force is nessary to defend Sea Quest if it means sinking the agressors then thats what we will do.

I was sent  a copy of  a Russian  Military intercept and  it  addressed to all  Russian sub commanders   suposidly from President Putin  himself  its signed  by  Admiral Nikolas Nachaev  CinC of   the Russian Navy  and it says in a post script A messege Relayed  from the mouth of   his honor the president Vladimir Putin.  it said  you are hearby ordered to stop and detain Sea Quest and keep them from Entering the Black Sea.  I fear A rouge sub commander may take that a order to Fire on SeaQuest and you all know we will return Fire and maybe sink the sub or dive below the subs crush depth since we are a DSV  and can handle it .

I don't want to think that President Putin has odered the  stoping of SeaQuest at all costs to his sub commanders  that would  go agenst what i know of the man and his charater  he is a former KGB agent and beleves in  a show of force when needed and when Deplomacy is called for he will take that Ave to resolve  crisis's   i would never beleve that of Vladimir if he was capable of that. i think its his generals and admirals fearing that the presence of seaquest would enbolden the Ukrinian people to fight back  knowing they have Sea Quest and the United Earth Government on their side in this issue.
